I love to move and want others to have fun moving too! Being healthy and active has always been a big part of my life. I grew up in a small town where you could play whatever sport you wanted and I took advantage of that. As I’ve grown up, I put that sports energy into a passion for working out and finding different ways to make workouts more enjoyable. My exercise background has included everything from marathon training to being a regular at a crossfit gym but as I’ve gotten older I find that I want my exercise program to challenge me while keeping me healthy and moving forward. My exercise history definitely shows up in the workouts I design but I’m constantly changing what I do so nothing feels stale.
